Section 1: The Bible - God's Authoritative Word
Scripture Stands Alone
The progressive elite want you to believe that the Bible is just another ancient text—culturally conditioned, historically outdated, and morally obsolete. They couldn't be more wrong.
2 Timothy 3:16 eliminates all negotiation: "All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness." Notice the absolute nature of that claim—not "some Scripture" or "the spiritual parts," but all Scripture.
The God who cannot lie has spoken, and His Word cannot fail.
Authority Under Assault
Our therapeutic culture has convinced professing Christians to place ultimate trust in secular psychology, political ideologies, or cultural trends rather than God's revealed truth. When believers spend more time consuming social media than studying Scripture, they reveal where their true authority lies.
Here's the hard truth: If Scripture isn't sufficient for life and godliness, then God is either unable or unwilling to communicate clearly with His creatures. Both options are blasphemous.
The Manuscript Evidence
Over 5,800 Greek New Testament manuscripts provide textual verification that far exceeds any other ancient document. Yet this overwhelming evidence is routinely dismissed by those whose problem isn't historical but moral—they reject biblical authority not because it lacks credibility but because it confronts their autonomy.
Quick Assessment:
Do you approach Scripture as God's authoritative Word or human opinion?
What areas of your life have you been placing under cultural authority rather than biblical truth?
How much time do you spend in Scripture compared to social media?

Section 2: God - His Nature and Attributes
The Triune God: Beyond Human Categories
While secular culture attempts to remake God in its own image, Scripture reveals a God who defies our modern categories and shatters our comfortable assumptions. The progressive mind recoils at a sovereign deity who cannot be controlled, managed, or reduced to a cosmic life coach.
The Bible unapologetically reveals the Triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—each person fully God yet distinct in role and relationship. This isn't theological abstraction; it's the foundational reality that shapes everything we are and everything we do.
God's Sovereignty: Non-Negotiable
Isaiah 46:9-10 eliminates all illusions of human self-determination: "I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done, saying, 'My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose.'"
This declaration demolishes the idol of human autonomy that our culture worships. Your plans, your dreams, your next breath—all exist within God's sovereign decree.
Holiness: The Defining Attribute
Scripture reveals a God defined by absolute holiness. "You shall be holy, for I the Lord your God am holy" (Leviticus 19:2). This holiness isn't merely one attribute among many—it's the essential character that permeates everything God is and does.
Progressive Christianity consistently pits God's attributes against each other, creating a domesticated deity who is loving without being just, merciful without being holy. This "god" never judges, never condemns, and never challenges contemporary sensibilities.
Quick Assessment:
How does your view of God compare to Scripture's revelation?
Do you worship the sovereign God of Scripture or a domesticated deity of cultural preference?
What attributes of God do you struggle to accept?

Section 3: Humanity's Problem - The Reality of Sin
Sin: The Inconvenient Truth
Our culture has mastered linguistic manipulation, renaming sin to make it palatable. What Scripture calls rebellion, we call self-expression. What God identifies as transgression, we celebrate as authenticity. What divine wisdom condemns, modern psychology excuses.
This semantic sleight of hand doesn't change the underlying reality: sin remains humanity's fundamental problem, and no amount of positive thinking, social engineering, or therapeutic intervention can address it.
The Universal Diagnosis
Romans 3:23 provides the universal diagnosis: "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." This isn't limited to the obviously immoral—it includes the religious elite, the cultural sophisticate, and the self-righteous moralist.
Your résumé of good works, your social justice credentials, your religious pedigree—none of these can overcome the reality of sin that has corrupted every faculty of your being.
Total Depravity: The Depth of Corruption
The doctrine of total depravity confronts our therapeutic culture's fundamental assumption that people are basically good. Progressive ideology builds its entire worldview on human perfectibility—the belief that proper education, social reform, or political action can solve humanity's deepest problems.
Scripture demolishes this fantasy. Jeremiah 17:9 provides the divine diagnosis: "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?"
The Consequences: Death and Separation
The wages of sin is death—not merely physical death, but eternal separation from God. This isn't divine vindictiveness; it's perfect justice. A holy God cannot allow sin in His presence any more than light can coexist with darkness.
Quick Assessment:
How has your culture renamed sin in your life?
Do you believe people are basically good or fundamentally corrupted by sin?
What evidence of sin's reality do you see in the world around you?
