Thank you for this honest look at a historical figure.

“it is worth noting that many of his followers, like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, utilized his legacy for personal benefit.” 💯

MLK jr was no more of a preacher than Kamala Harris was when she performed in front of the right crowds… much like the average tv evangelist.

They should receive the same response as the Apostles gave Simon the sorcerer in Acts 8.

At the end of the day, it’s each man’s responsibility to make sure they are not deceived by a false teacher. 1st Kings 13 gives a prime example of how God holds each individual accountable for disobeying His Word and listening to a false prophet. It cost that man his life, that’s how serious God sees the responsibility of each individual in the area of deception.

”Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is.“

‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭5‬:‭15‬-‭17‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Thank you for this article! Chad O. Jackson has done a lot to correct the historical perception of Martin Luther King Jr. A man wrongly admired, in my humble opinion.
